We want you to love your Kyrgies, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your wool house shoes are in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund or a seamless size swap.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your returned wool slippers, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
